Igniting the Spark of Sports, Inspiring the Spirit of Spring: Spring Outdoor Activity Series Concluded Successfully

On April 26, the awards ceremony for the Spring Outdoor Series, jointly organized by the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences together with theInstitute of WUT-AMU ,was held at Boxue Square.The event was attended by schoolleadership,allfaculty advisors, and representatives of the award-winning students and teachers.

Launched in March, the series featured a diverse range of activities—including badminton, table tennis, 3v3 basketball, frisbee games,tug-of-war,team-building exercises, and afunsports carnival. More than1,000 students and faculty members took part in the events,stepping out of classrooms to embrace nature, unleash their youthful energy, and enjoy the vibrance of spring.

Han Tongyuan, secretary of the Party Committee of the School, presented the trophy to the champion team and delivered a speech: "The agility shown in badminton matches, the focus honed through table tennis, and the tactical thinking sharpened in basketball matches all reflect the early signs of the scientific mindset that our students are expected to develop."

In the future, the School will continue to develop a “culture-and-sports empowerment”education system, leveraging diverse platforms to support the all-round development of its students.
