科研概况:

    主要从事离子通道、受体及转运蛋白结构与功能的基础研究,在KCNT钾通道、Na+/HCO3-共转运体(NBC)结构功能调控、药物筛选等相关领域进行了系统而深入的研究,取得了若干创新性研究成果。2009建立NBC巨片钳测定方法,在国际上首次观察到PIP2信号途径对NBC活性调控存在不同作用模式(PNAS2009)。近年来研究兴趣侧重于离子通道、受体在脑血管病、癫痫等重要神经系统疾病的发病机制中作用及临床干预对策研究。

2)      中枢神经网络的代谢性调控与癫痫:难治性癫痫发病机制、抗癫痫药物筛选
