研究领域: 

主要从事动物结构与功能关系及其机理研究。主要研究方向包括:

(1) 动物生理机能与发育调控研究:研究动物生理机能与发育的神经与内分泌调控,机体微循环与微环境的调控机理。(2) 动物药理毒理机制研究:研究动物行为、动物脏器的生理生化、细胞与分子水平对药物和毒物的响应、代谢以及解毒机制,为药物作用与代谢机制,安全评价提供实验依据。(3)药用动物与新药研发:针对特殊疾病,研究开发药用动物新资源和新技术。(4)动物对环境变化的响应机理:研究动物机体环境变化对动物影响的生理机制。(5)新能源生物培养与研发:培育和研发新的能源生物。 

 

教学. 科研概况: 

  

教学概况:主要承担生物科学、生物技术、生物制药等专业的《动物生物学及生理学》、 《动物生物学及生理学实验》、 《发育生物学》、 《组织学》.和《保健生物学》等课程的教学工作。参编十一五规划教材《人体解剖生理学》和《人体组织解剖学》教材2部。获得2011校师德先进个人1次,校优秀实习指导教师2次、学院先进个人2次、2014-2016院聘期考核优秀1次、获得学院教学类省级优秀论文奖1次、指导的硕士研究生获得国家奖学金1次、指导的本科生获得湖北省动物学实验机能大赛单项奖省级二等奖1次。指导本科毕业论文获省级优秀学士学位论文奖6次、提名奖3次,指导本科生完成大学生自主创新项目研究2项。  

 

科研概况:主要从事动物结构与功能的关系与机理、动物药理与毒理机制、 动物新药研发等研究。主持和参与国家863项目、国家重大专项、国家973项目、 国家自然基金、省科技攻关、省青年基金、和企业合作项目等10项。相关研究在《Aquatic toxicology》、《Environmental toxicology》、《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》、《中国科学》、《科学通报》、《解剖学报》、《畜牧兽医学报》、《湖泊科学》、《水生生物学报》、《兰州大学学报(自然版)》、《动物学杂志》、《西北师范大学学报》 等相关刊物上发表论文80余篇。获省高校科技进步123等奖3项。
